  • How long will it take for my item(s) to be processed?
    This is the time that it takes to receive the hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for quality control. This allows us to test out the bundles and assure they meet quality standards. If we find something wrong it will be fixed immediately by contacting our vendor and have them send out new bundles to make sure you receive the BEST product. After your order is processed, you will receive and email with your tracking number. This will be sent to the same email that you used to place the order. Be sure to check your junk folder and wait until 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
  • How long will it take for my item(s) to ship?
    (US) 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail This time does not include the processing time. Please expect delays during sale periods and holidays.
  • What is your refund/return/cancelation policy?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hair extensions can't be resold after being worn and/or handled, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will only be accepted if for any reason you recieved the wrong item. If you placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $30 flat rate fee deducted.
  • What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?
    We will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You won't recieve a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. If you are not home on the estimated arrival day/time, you can request to have USPS hold your package at your local USPS office vie WWW.USPS.COM All ordered packages come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system everytime they transport your package.
